Getting time with one of 113 matchmakers meant phone tag. When a matchmaker hadn't posted hours, singles read "check back soon" and left, and the matchmaker never knew anyone had come looking. Events, donations and sponsors were handled in separate places.
The problem
What we built
- Book a matchmaker: pick one, choose a free time, pay online and get a video meeting link.
- An AI note taker on every meeting. Afterward the notes are shared with that matchmaker and emailed to her automatically.
- Matchmakers can approve or decline each request; a decline, or no answer within a day, refunds the single automatically.
- Bookings land in each matchmaker's own Google or Apple calendar, with reminders to both people a day before.
- When people are waiting on a matchmaker with no open hours, she gets an email telling her so.
- Donations, recurring gifts, corporate sponsorships, paid "Dating Wiser" episodes and an events calendar.
- One admin panel for events, matchmakers, reviews, donations, sponsors and invoices.
What it solved
- Matchmakers' calendars fill without phone tag, and the payout on every booking is calculated automatically.
- Meeting notes arrive in the matchmaker's inbox without anyone asking for them.
- Refunds, reminders and no-show rules run on their own.
- Singles who would have left now leave a request, and the matchmaker hears about it.
