We learn how your business runs. Then we build the system it runs on.

We're a small studio that builds websites, web apps and mobile apps for businesses like a roofing contractor, a freight broker and a hair stylist. We bring in AI where it takes busywork off your team, and we stay a call away after launch.

Tell us what you need

Why a pilcrow

The ¶ is the mark editors use to start a new paragraph. It means the last thought is finished and a new one begins here.

That's usually where a business is when it calls us. The spreadsheet can't keep up anymore, the old website lists the wrong phone number, or getting quotes eats the whole afternoon. A patch on the old way won't fix that. You need a clean start, written around how your business works today.

Where ideas become systems.

How a project goes

Here's how it goes, whether you need a 19-page website or the system a freight broker runs every load through.

  1. We learn the business before we design anything.

We ask how the work moves today: who takes the call, where it gets written down, what slips through. One freight broker kept loads in one app, invoices in another and customers in a Google Sheet. We had to see that before we could fix it.

  2. You get a fixed scope and price.

We tell you what we'll build, what it will cost and what can wait until later. You see all of it before any work starts, so there's no meter running.

  3. We build it with you, down to the small details.

You see it come together and tell us what's off. We take care of the details that make customers trust you: correct facts on every page, your real reviews word for word, and pages that load fast on any phone.

  4. We launch it into real use.

Your domain, hosting and app store listings get set up for you. On day one, real customers book, pay and send inquiries, and your staff log in and work in it.

  5. We stay a call away.

Launch is where the next part starts. When your business changes, the software changes with it, and some projects grow in planned phases. As one roofing company owner put it: “Was always there, was always a call away.”

AI in your business

AI does the busywork. People make the calls.

Most small businesses don't need an AI strategy. They need the note-taking, the sorting and the first drafts to happen on their own, so their people can spend that time on customers. Here's what that looks like in work we've shipped.

Meeting notes nobody has to write.

For The Shidduch Lounge, an AI note taker sits in on every booked matchmaker meeting. When the call ends, the notes go to that matchmaker's inbox without anyone asking for them. See the project

An assistant that knows your numbers and asks first.

Inside the RevvFi money app, an assistant called Revvy answers questions like “can I deduct this?” using the user's real numbers. It never changes anything without the user's approval. See the project

Getting found when customers ask AI instead of Google.

More people now ask ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity the questions they used to type into a search box. For Ebb Tide, we wrote clear answers to 42 of the questions families ask, formatted so Google and AI assistants can read them directly, plus a plain summary of the center's facts those assistants are allowed to read. When someone asks an AI about the center, it has the right answer to give. See the project

Where we draw the line.

AI can draft, sort and summarize. It doesn't decide anything about your customers, your money or your prices. We build that rule into the software itself, so nobody can switch it off by accident. A freight broker's next phase follows the same rule: an assistant that emails carriers for quotes and lines up the prices, while staff still pick the carrier and set the price. And when AI won't make your business run better, we leave it out.

What we hold ourselves to

The details are the job.

On a treatment center's website, a wrong phone number is a family that never gets through. We check the facts on every page as carefully as we check the code.

Software should fit how you already work.

Your customers pay by cash, check and Zelle? Then the app tracks all three. Payment reminders go out from your own phone, so there's no texting service to pay for.

If your staff won't use it, it doesn't work.

A check-in that takes seconds gets answered every Friday. A referral that takes under a minute to log actually gets logged. We design for the busiest person on your team.

Honest beats impressive.

A roofing estimate tool shows a price range, never a number a homeowner will hold you to. Reviews appear word for word. We'd rather your site be believed than be flashy.

Who you'll work with

You'll talk directly with the people who design and build your project. No account manager in the middle and no messages lost in a handoff.
