Turnover and burnout are expensive and dangerous in healthcare, but nurses and aides rarely tell leadership the truth in a review or a staff meeting. Surveys that ask for a name or a department get skipped or answered politely.
The problem
What we built
- A phone app with no login and no name: a Friday mood check-in, feedback any time, and a short survey.
- The Friday check-in can be answered straight from the notification, in English or Spanish.
- A dashboard for leadership with mood trends, survey results, comparisons with similar facilities, and action plans.
- A plain-English summary of the last four weeks, written by AI, for leaders who don't have time to read every comment.
- Self-serve signup, so a facility can start without a sales call.
What it solved
- Leadership hears what staff won't say out loud, while there's still time to fix it.
- Anonymity staff can trust: nothing traces back to a person, and small groups stay hidden until at least five people answer.
- A clear list of what to fix next instead of a pile of comments.
- Checking in takes staff seconds, so people keep doing it.
